OF THE CX>RPORATION OF THE TCmN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NCW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on
Schedule 1 A 1 attached hereto and fo:rming part of this By-law is hereby
amended from "Third Density Apartment Residential (RA3-2) Exception
Zone" to "Special Mixed Density Residential (RS) Zone".
2. No part of this By-law will cane into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 14thDAY OF June
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 28th DAY OF

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 as amended, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town
of Aurora, to facilitate the severance of the subject lands, being Parts 2
and 4, Plan 65R-10908 canprising approximately 201 square metres (0.05
acres). The rezoning of the lands from "Third Density Apartment Residential
(RA3-2) Exception Zone" to "Special Mixed Density Residential (RS) Zone"
will bring the parcel into conformity with the residential lands fronting on
Ransom Street to which they are to be conveyed.

of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Counci 1 of the
Corporation on the 28th day of JUNE , 19..£_L was given in
the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by Ontario Regulation
404/83, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under subsection 17 of
section 34 of The Planning Act (1983). I also certify that the 35 day
objection period expired on AUGUST 2nd, .1989 and to this date no notice
of objection to the by-law has been filed by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
