OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law 3056-89,
a By-law to appoint Municipal Law
Enforcement Officers for the Corporation
of the Town of Aurora, and to amend
By-law 3057-89, a By-law to appoint Fence
Vi ewers for the Corporation of the Town
of Aurora.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law numbers 3056-89, and
3057-89;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "A" to By-law 3056-89-be and is hereby amended, to
delete reference to Robert Haxton to the appointment of Munici pa 1
Law Enforcement Officer for the Town of Aurora;
2. THAT Schedule "A" to By-law 3057-89 be and is hereby amended, to
delete reference to Robert Haxton to the appointment of Fence Vi ewer
for the Town of Aurora;
3. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be
effective upon final passage thereof.
