BY-LAW NUMBER 3062-89
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law 2613-83,
a By-law to govern and control the
parking of vehicles within the Town of
Aurora.
WHEREAS the provisions of Section 210 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980,
as amended, permit Council to pass By-laws for the regulation of parking;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it
expedient to amend By-law 2613-83, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as fallows:
1. THAT Part Four, Section (3), Parking Restrictions on Specified
Streets, be and is hereby amended by the deletion of reference to the
south/west sides of Murray Drive and the addition thereto of the
following:
MURRAY DRIVE From: the Yonge Street intersection SOUTH ANYTIME
To: the Seaton Drive intersection & WEST
SIDES
MURRAY DRIVE From: a point diagonally opposite the WEST ANYTIME
northerly side of the Fairway SIDE
Drive intersection
TO: the Kennedy Street intersection
2. THAT the prov1 s1 ons of this By-1 aw shall not become effective unti 1
final passage thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 8th DAY OF February ' 1989.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 22nd DAY OF February ' 1989.
