OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law
2613-83, a By-law to govern and
contra 1 the parking of veh i c 1 es
within the To~n of Aurora.
WHEREAS the provisions of Section 210 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980,
as amended, permit Council to pass By-laws for the regulation of parking;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it
expedient to amend By-law 2613-83, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Part Four, Section (3}, Parking Restrictions on Specified
Streets be and is hereby amended by the deletion of reference to the
west side of McDonald Drive, south of Wellington Street and the
addition thereto of the following:

McDONALD DRIVE From: The Wellington Street
intersection.
To: The Kennedy Street West
intersection.
WEST SIDE ANYTIME
THAT the pro visions of this By-1 aw sha 11 not become effective until
final passage thereof, and until properly worded signs have been
erected and are on display.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THISlOth DAY OF May ' 1989.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS lOth DAY OF ' 1989.
