OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY -LAW to amend By-1 aw 2613-83
as amended, a By-law to provide for the
regulation of parking in the Town of
Aurora.
WHEREAS Section 210 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980 as amended, permits
Council to pass By-laws for the regulation of parking;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacted
By-law 2613-83 on the 7th day of November, 1983, to provide for the
regulation of parking in the Town of Aurora;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Aurora now deems it expedient to
further amend the provisions of By-law 2613-83, for the regulation of
parking on Tecumseh Drive;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:

THAT By-law Number 3054-89 enacted on the 25th day of January, 1989 be
and is hereby repealed.
3. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall not become effective until
final passage thereof and until properly worded signs have been
erected and are on display.
