BY-LAW NUMBER 3101-89
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-1 aw 2344-80,
a By-1 aw to regulate the carrying on and
the licensing of certain trades,
occupations, callings or businesses
within the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora enacted and passed
By-law 2344-80 on the 17th day of March 1980;
AND WHEREAS, it is now deemed expedient to amend the fees prescribe by the
said By-law for certain of the activities licenced;
NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "A" attached to By-law Number 2344-80 be and is
hereby deleted, and that Schedule "A" attached hereto sha 11 be
inserted in its place and stead.
2. THAT the prov1 s 1 ons of this By-1 aw sha 11 come into force and effect
upon final passage thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 24th DAY OF May • 1989.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 14th DAY OF June • 1989.
