WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By~ 1 aw 2272~ 79, a By~ 1 aw to
appoint Fire Inspectors;
NOW THEREFORE,
FOLLOWS:
Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
1. THAT there sha 11 be a new Section 4 added to By~ 1 aw 2272~79, such
clause to read as follows:
4. THAT the Deputy Fire Chief, Fredrick J.
Bolsby be authorized to enforce any
provisions of the National Building Code, the
National Fire Code, the Ontario Building
Code, the Ontario Fire Marshalls Act, and the
Ontario Fire Code where applicable.
2. THAT the prov1s1ons of this By~ law shall come into force and be
effective upon final passage thereof.
