BY-LAW NUMBER 3054-89
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-1 aw 2613-83
as amended, a By-1 aw to pro vi de for the
regulation of parking in the Town of
Aurora.
WHEREAS Section 210 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980 as amended, permits
Council to pass By-laws for the regulation of parking;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacted
By-law 2613-83 on the 7th day of November, 1983, to provide for the
regulation of parking in the Town of Aurora;
AND WHEREAS the Counci 1 of the Town of Aurora now deems it expedient to
further amend the provisions of By-law 2613-83, for the regulation of
parking on Tecumseh Drive;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Part Four, Section (3),
Streets) of By-law 2613-83 as
addition of the following:
(Parking Restrictions on Specified
amended, be further amended by the
Tecumseh Drive From: Aurora Heights
Drive (easterly
intersection)
West
Side
To: A point 15.24m (50 feet)
south of the Aurora
Heights Drive
intersection
ANYTIME
2. THAT the prov1s1ons of this By-law shall not become effective until
final passage thereof and until properly worded signs have been
erected and are on display.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 11th DAY OF January ' 1989.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 25th DAY OF January ' 1989.
