OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law 2272-79
to authorize the appointment of a Fire
Prevention Officer for the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient
to amend By-law 2272-79 being a by-law to appoint Fire Inspectors.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora enacts as
follows:
1. That clause 2 of By-law 2272-79 be repealed and the following
substituted therefore:
That John Adema be appointed a Fire Prevention Officer for the Town of
Aurora with authority to enforce any provisions of the National
Building Code, the National Fire Code, the Ontario Building Code, the
Ontario Fire Marshalls Act and the Ontario Fire Code where applicable.
2. That By-law 2283-79 be and is hereby repealed.
3. That this By-law shall become effective upon final passing thereof.
