BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Glenowen) - 19890412 - 308589BY-LAW NUMBER 3085-89 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TCmN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NCW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Section 18.5 is amended by deleting the contents of that Section and replacing them with the following: 18.5.1 The lands zoned RA3-3 on Schedule 'A' may be used for an apa.rt:Jrent building with a maximum of 21 units in accordance with the following provisions: ' 18.5.2 Siting Specifications Front Yard (minimum) Rear Yard (minimum) Interior Side Yard (minimum) Exterior Side Yard (minimum) 18.5.3 Building Specifications 15. 7 :rretres 3 :rretres 9 metres 6 :rretres Floor Area: In accordance with Section 18.2.3 Lot Coverage: In accordance with Section 18.2.3 Height (minimum) 3 storeys (maximum) 11 :rretres 18.5.4 Parking Required number of spaces 32 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.27. 7 a total of 14 parking spaces shall be permitted in the front yard of the lot. 2. No part of this By-law will came into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been COilll?lied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
