OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TCmN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NCW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Section 18.5 is amended by deleting the contents of that Section
and replacing them with the following:
18.5.1 The lands zoned RA3-3 on Schedule 'A' may be used for an
apa.rt:Jrent building with a maximum of 21 units in accordance
with the following provisions:

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.27. 7 a total of
14 parking spaces shall be permitted in the front yard of the
lot.
2. No part of this By-law will came into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been COilll?lied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Re: Zoning By-1 aw 3•?5-89
By-law No.3o~s -89 has the following purpose and effect:
To amend the provisions of the "Third Density Apartment Residential (RA3-3)
Exception Zone" applying to the subject 1 ands 1 ocated at the southeast
corner of George Street and Wellington Street West, to permit 21 apartment
units to be contained in a single building as opposed to the two buildings
previously approved, subject to the following requirements:
