I, Lawrence W. R. Allison, hereby certify that the notice for By-law 3133-89
of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the
Corporation on the 13th day of September 19 89 was given in
the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by Ontario Regulation
404/83, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under subsection 17 of
section 34 of The Planning Act ( 1983). I also certify that the 20 day objection
period expired and to this date no notice of objection to the by-law has been
filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law 3 i 33 ·11 has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law No. 2213-78 as amended to rezone the subject lands, being
Part IDt 12 Plan 68, municipally known as 89 Wellington Street East, fran
"Special Mixed Density Residential (RS) Zone" to "Special Mixed Density
Residential (RS-19) Exception Zone". The rezoning of the lands is to pennit
the use of the existing building for business and professional offices,
excluding medical. A minimum of 8 parking spaces are required with the
parking area screened fran the adjacent residential lands by a close board
fence of a minimum height of 1.5 metres (4.9 feet) along the entire southern
property line and extending northward along the western boundary a minimum
distance of 17.5 metres (57. 4 feet) •

OF THE CORPORATION OF THE 'KmN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78
WHEREAS it ~s deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOO THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the 'lbwn of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That the zoning catego:ry applying to the lands shown in hatching on
Schedule 'A' attached hereto and foming part of this By-law is hereby
amended from "Special Mixed Density Residential (RS) Zone" to "Special
Mixed Density Residential (RS-19) Exception Zone".
2. That Section 14.3 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
14.3.18 "Special Mixed Density Residential (RS-19) Exception Zone".
"The existing building on the lands shown zone RS-19 on Schedule 'A'
may be used for business and professional offices excluding medical,
provided the following:
1) The minimum required parking be 8 spaces;
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.31, a close board
fence of a minimum height of 1. 5 metres shall be provided along
the entire southern property line extending northward along the
western property line a minimum distance of 17. 5 metres. "
3. No part of this By-law will cane into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
