BY-LAW NUMBER 3134-89
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TCmN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No. 2213-78.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NCM THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on
Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby
amended fran "Service Coninercial (C3) Zone (Urban)" to "Service
Ccmnercial (C3-6) Exception Zone (Urban)".
2. That Section 22 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
22.7:
"22. 7 Service Ccmnercial (C3-6) Exception Zone (Urban)
22.7.1 Uses Permitted
-retail stores
-business and professional offices
-banks or other financial institutions
-carrmercial clubs.
-service shops, personal
-service shops, light
-~y use permitted in Se~ion 22.1 hereof
22.7.2 Zone Requirements
In accordance with Section 22.2 hereof."
3. No part of this By-law will cane into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect fran the day of passing thereof.

Part of Part 2 Plan 65R-6842, rmmicipally known as 120 Mary Street, fran
"Service Contrercial (C3) Zone (Urban)" to "Service Carm=rcial (C3-6)
Exception Zone (Urban)". The amendment is to expand the range of permitted
uses to include, in addition to the uses =rently permitted, retail stores,
business and professional offices, banks or other financial institutions,
ccmnercial clubs, personal service shops and light service shops.

I, Lawrence W. R. Allison, hereby certify that the notice for By-law 3134-89
of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the
Corporation on the 13th day of September 19 89 was given in
the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by Ontario Regulation
404/83, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under subsection 17 of
section 34 of The Planning Act (1983). I also certify that the 20 day objection
period expired and to this date no notice of objection to the by-law has been
filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
