OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-1 aw No.
2213-78.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora
enacts as follows:
1) That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby
amended from ''General Industrial (M2) Zone'' to ''Restricted Industrial
(M1-5) Exception Zone''.
2) That Section 25 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
25.9 ''Restricted Industrial (M1-5) Exception Zone".
"The lands shown zoned M1-5 on Schedule 'A', being Parts 1 and 2 Plan
65R-3134, more particularly described on Schedule '!' attached hereto
and forming part of this By-law, may be used in accordance with the
following:
USES PERMITTED
-Buildings: A; M; F; G; and, the northern portion of E comprised of
a maximum of 12 units and 1,820 square metres of floor area, as
shown in hatching on Schedule ''I": In accordance with Section
25.4 .1 hereof.
-Buildings: B; C; D; H; J; K; L; and, the southern portion of E,
as shown in dark outline on Schedule "I": In accordance with
Section 25.1 hereof.
ZONE REQUIREMENTS
In accordance wi ttl Sections 25.2 and 25.3 of this By-1 aw.
3) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

By-1 aw No .3o71-B9 has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-1 aw No. 2213-78 as amended to rezone the subject 1 ands, being
Parts 1 and 2 Plan 65R-3134, municipally known as 130 Englehard Drive, from
"General Industrial (M2) Zone" to "Restricted Industrial (M1-5) Exception
Zone". The amendment is to permit the use of part of the site for uses
permitted in the M1-1 zone, including business and professional offices,
banks, restaurants, and recreational facilities, and the remainder for light
industrial, warehousing, and light service shops permitted in the M1 zone,
in accordance with Schedule 'I' (attached). Outside storage is prohibitted.

of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the
Corporation on the 22nd day of March , 19~ was given in
the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by Ontario Regulation
404/83, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Counci 1 under subsection 17 of
section 34 of The Planning Act ( 1983). I a 1 so certify that the 35 day
objection period expired on April 26,1989 and to this date no notice
