WHEREAS the Muni ci pa 1 Council of the Town of Aurora has enacted By-1 aw
2793-85 providing for an additional advance poll for the municipal elections;
AND WHEREAS, through the provisions of amendments made to the Municipal
Elections Act Chapter 33, S.O. 1988, a second advance poll is now mandatory;
NOW THEREFORE, The Municipal Council of The Town of Aurora enacts as
follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 2793-85 enacted on the 16th day of September
1985 be and is hereby repealed.
2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and
effect upon final passage thereof.
