BY-LAW NUMBER 3040-88
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to dedicate a
certain reserve now held as public
highway in the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS the provisions Of Section 278 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980
Chapter 302, as amended, permit Council to pass by-laws for laying out and
establishing highways;
AND WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to dedicate certain reserves now held
as public highways in the Town of Aurora.
NOW THEREFORE, the Munici pa 1 Counci 1 of The Corporation of the Town of
Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Part Block 36, Plan 65M-2575 designated as Part 1, according
to Plan 65R-12346 be and is hereby dedicated as public highway.
2. That the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be
effective upon final passage thereof.
