BY-LAW NUMBER 3037-88
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to dedicate certain
lands for the purpose of a public highway.
WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described were acquired by the former, the
Corporation of the Township of Whitchurch for highway purposes and became
vested in the Corporation of The Town of Aurora on the 1st day of January,
1971, by virtue of the Regional Municipality of York Act and the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of The Town of
Aurora as follows:
1. THE lands described in Schedule "A", hereto attached, are hereby
dedicated as a public highway and declared to form part of Bayview
Avenue (YR 34).
2. THE lands described in Schedules "B" and "C", hereto attached, are
hereby dedicated as a public highway and declared to form part of
Wellington Street East (YR 15).
3. THE said Schedules "A", "B", and "C", hereto attached, shall form part
of this by-law.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS. 19thDAY OF October ' 1988.
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 19th DAY OF October ' 1988.

SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW NO. j{)37-8!J
Lands in the Town of Aurora in The Regional Municipality of York
formerly in the Township of Whitchurch in the County of York and
being composed of part of Lot 80, Concession 1, more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the South-East corner of the said Lot;
THENCE South 74 degrees 07 minutes West, being along the Southerly
limit of the said Lot, 10 feet 01 inch to where an Iron Pipe has been
planted;
THENCE North 9 degrees West, 200 feet to where an Iron Pipe has been
planted;
THENCE North 74 degrees 07 minutes East, 10 feet 01 inch to where an
Iron Pipe has been planted in the Easterly limit of the said Lot;
THENCE South 9 degrees East along the Easterly limit of the said Lot,
200 feet to the point of commencement.
The above described lands were previously described in Instrument No.
24036A.
SCHEDULE "B" TO BY-LAW NO.
Lands in the Town of Aurora in The Regional Municipality of York
formerly in the Township of Whitchurch in the County of York and being
composed of part of Lot 20, Concession 2, more particularly described as
follows:
COMMENCING at a point in the Westerly limit of the said Lot 20, distant
50 feet measured Southerly thereon from the North-West angle of the
said lot;
THENCE Northerly along the said Westerly limit of Lot 20, a distance of
50 feet more or less to the North-West angle of said lot;
THENCE Easterly along the Northerly limit of said Lot 20, a distance of
100 feet to a point;.
THENCE South-Westerly, a distance of 111 feet 09 inches more or less to
the point of commencement.
Containing one-seventeenth of an acre more or less.
The above described lands were previously described in Instrument No.
11924 Whitchurch.
SCHEDULE "C" TO BY-LAW NO.
Lands in the Town of Aurora in The Regional Municipality of York
formerly in the Township of Whitchurch in the County of York and being
composed of part of Lot 81, Concession 1, more particularly described as
follows:
COMMENCING at a point in the Easterly limit of said Lot 81, distant 15
feet measured Northerly thereon from the South-East angle of said lot;
THENCE Southerly along the said Easterly limit of Lot 81, a distance of
15 feet more or less to the South -East angle of said lot;
THENCE Westerly along the Southerly limit of said Lot 81, a distance of
25 feet to a point;

THENCE North-Easterly, a distance of 29 feet more or less to the point
of commencement.
The above described lands were previously described in Instrument No.
11927 Whitchurch.
