BY-LAW NUMBER 2976-88
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to authorize the Mayor
and Clerk to execute a release and
abandonment of easement over certain
lands on Plan 65M-2376.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of a Subdivision Agreement entered into
between the Corporation of the Town of Aurora and Revlis Securities Limited,
the Town acquired Easement rights over certain parts of lots on Plan
65M-2376.
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient, in accordance with an Amending
Agreement dated April 28th 1987, and approved by Council on August 26,
1987 to Release and Abandon the interest of The Corporation of the Town of
Aurora in certain of the Easements granted to the Town on Plan 65M-2376.
_/-Now--ntEREFORE the Muni cipa 1 Counci 1 of the Town of Aurora enacts as By-1 aw
·· No. 2976-88, the fo 11 owing:
1. The Mayor and Clerk be and hereby authorized to execute under the
sea 1 of the Corporation the Re 1 ease and Abandonment of Easement
appended hereto as Schedule "A" and related to those parts of Lots
106, 107 and 108 on Plan 65M-2376 designated as Parts 9, 10 and 11
according to Plan 65R-9108.
2. That the Clerk is empowered to do all acts necessary to register
the said document in the proper Land Registry Office.
3. That the provisions of the By-law shall come into force and effect
upon final passage thereof.
