BY-LAW NUMBER 3043-88
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to assume as
public highway the lands described
as Block N, Plan M-57 Town of
Aurora, Regional Municipality of
York (hereinafter called the
"Block") pursuant to Section 278(1)
of the Municipal Act R.S.O., 1980
c.302.
WHEREAS, The Block was laid out and dedicated as public highway to this
Corporation by the registration of Plan M-57 which was registered October 2,
1978 in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division (No. 65) at
Newmarket.
NOW THEREFORE, The Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the said Block is hereby assumed by this Corporation as
public highway.
2. That this by-law shall come into force and be effective upon final
passage thereof.
