OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY -LAW to amend By-1 aw
2953-87 a By-law to authorize
certain parking of vehicles
operated by or carrying
physically handicapped PJ!rsons.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora enacted By-law
2953-87 on the 6th day of January 1987 perusant to the provisions of Section
210 of the Municipal Act to permit handicapped parking in designated
1 ocati ons.
AND WHEREAS, it is now deemed expedient to amend the provisions of By-law
2953-87 to include the Aurora Family Leisure Complex.
NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "C" to By-law 2953-87 be and is hereby amended by
the addition of the following:

Anytime
2. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and take
effect upon final passage thereof and when properly worded signs
have been erected and are on display.

READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5th DAY OF October ' 1988.
