OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY -LAW to amend By-1 aw 2392-80,
the NOISE-NUISANCE By-1 aw of the Town of
Aurora.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora has, pursuant to
the provisions of Section 354 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1970, enacted
By-law 2392-80 on the third day of November, 1980;
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend the third section of
the said By-law to provide clarification of same;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the· Town of Aurora enacts as
fallows:
1. That Section 3 of By-1 aw 2392-80 be and is hereby repea 1 ed and
the following substituted therefore:
3. No persons shall commit public nuisances within the
meaning of Subsection 120 of Section 354 (1) of the
Municipal Act within the limits of the Corporation of the
Town of Aurora.
2. That the provisions of this By-1 aw sha 11 come into force and
effect upon final passage thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 7th DAY OF September ' 1988.
