BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Part Lot 79) - 19880824 - 302288BY-LAW NUMBER 3022-88
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1) That the zoning category applyng to the lands shown in dark outline on
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby
amended from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling First Density
Residenti.al (R1-14) Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential (R2-17) Exception Zone" and "Detached Dwelling Second
Density Residential (R2) Zone".
2) That Section 10 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
10.16 "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (R1-14) Exception
Zone".
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 10.2.1 respecting lot
frontage and of Section 10.2.2 respecting interior and exterior side
yards, the minimum lot frontage shall be 18 metres, the minimum
exterior side yard shall be 6 metres, and the minimum interior side
yard shall be 1.2 metres for a one storey and 1.5 metres for a two
storey building for the lands shown zoned R1-14 on Schedule "A". All
other provisions of Section 10 shall apply."

Re: Zoning By-law
By-law :3o;?;<-!ihas the following purpose and effect:
To amend Zoning By-law 2213-78 as amended to rezone the subject lands from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (R1-14)
Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-17) Exception Zone" and "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2) Zone" to
permit the development of a plan of subdivision comprised of 18 detached dwelling lots and 4 blocks to be developed in conjunction with the lands to
the east as residential lots. The requirements of the standard R1 Zone, the R1-14, R2 and R2-17 Zones are shown below:
