BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Linblasco) - 19880302 - 297188\,. BY-LAW NUMBER 2971-88 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) That Section 29.4.2 is amended by deleting the contents of that section and replacing them with the following: 29.4.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 29.2.1 the lands designated RU-1 on Map No. 1 of Schedule 'A' may be used for the construction of 2 additional detached residences. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 29.2.2 respecting exterior side yard the exterior side yard shall be 120 metres. All other provisions of Section 29.2.2 respecting Siting Specifications shall apply to the subject lands. 2) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. I ' AYOR CLERK Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law By-law .J-q11-f'6 has the following purpose and effect: To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to permit the following: That the lands located at the north-west corner of St. John's Sideroad and Bayview Avenue being Part 1, Plan 65R-4343, may now be used for the construction of a third detached farm residence in addition to the two existing dwelling units. The Zoning By-law Amendment has not altered any siting specifications such that the required 120 metre (393.7 foot) exterior side yard shall still apply.
