OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by changing the zoning category
applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law from "Rural General (RU)
Zone" to "Major Open Space (0-7) Exception Zone".
2. That Section 31 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
31.4 ''Major Open Space (0-7) Exception Zone''.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora
is to rezone the subject lands from "Rural General (RU) Zone" to "Major
Open Space ( 0) Zone" to permit the Town to 1 ease the 1 ands to the Aurora
Soccer Club for a clubhouse facility and playing field. The total site is
comprised of 19,040 square metres (4.7 acres) which will support a clubhouse
building of 284 square metres (3,057 square feet) with parking for
approximately 100 cars and a fenced playing field.

section 34 of The Planning Act (1983). I also certify that the 35 day
