BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Soccer Club) - 19880120 - 296288~------·--- () .·; c, (· .••.•.• BY-LAW NUMBER 2962-88 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A ZONING BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by changing the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law from "Rural General (RU) Zone" to "Major Open Space (0-7) Exception Zone". 2. That Section 31 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 31.4 ''Major Open Space (0-7) Exception Zone''. 31.4 "Major Open Space (0-7) Exception Zone" 31.4.1 USES PERMITTED In accordance with Section 31.1 31.4.2 ZONE REQUIREMENTS Lot Specifications Lot Area. The total site is comprised of 19,040 square metres (4.7 acres) which will support a clubhouse building of 284 square metres (3,057 square feet) with parking for approximately 100 cars and a fenced playing field.
