OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1) That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline on
Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby
amended from "Ho 1 ding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Resi denti a 1 Exception ( R2-19) Zone", "Detached Owe ll i ng Second Density
Residential (R2-7) Exception Zone'', and ''Major Open Space (0) Zone".
2) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law has the following purpose and effect:
To amend Zoning By-law 2213-78 as amended to rezone the subject lands from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling
Second Density Residential (R2) Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-5) Exception Zone" and "Major
Open Space (0) Zone" to permit the development of a plan of subdivision containing 46 detached dwelling lots, and a block
which will be developed as a parkette in conjunction with the lands to the south. The requirements of the "R2-19" and
"R2-7" zones are shown below.
