BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Dwyer) - 19880420 - 297388BY-LAW NUMBER 2973-88 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY -LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) That Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by changing the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-1 aw from "Speci a 1 Mixed Density Residential (R5) Zone" to "Special Mixed Density Residential (R5-16) 2) Exception Zone". That Section 14.3 is hereby amended by adding Section 14.3.15 "Special Mixed Density Residential (R5-16) Zone". The lands shown zoned R5-16 may be used for a total of 8 dwelling units provided that there be a minimum of 12 parking spaces and that the parking area be screened by a 1.8 metre high privacy fence. Siting Specifications Front Yard (minimum) 6.0 metres Northerly Side Yard (minimum) 2.0 metres Southerly Side Yard (minimum) 6.5 metres Rear Yard (minimum) 34.8 metres Building Height (maximum) 9.3 metres 3) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
