BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Dwyer) - 19880921 - 299788/ BY-LAW NUMBER 2997-88 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-1 aw is hereby amended from "Detached Dwe 11 i ng Second Density Res i denti a 1 ( R2) Zone" to "Third Density Apartment Residential (RA3-3) Exception Zone". 2) That Section 18 is hereby amended by adding Section 18.5 "Third Density Apartment Residential (RA3-3) Exception Zone". 18.5.1 The lands zoned RA3-3 on Schedule 'A' may be used for a total of 21 apartment units to be contained in two buildings in accordance with the following provisions: 18.5.2 Siting Specifications Westerly Building Front Yard (minimum) 15.7 metres Interior Side Yard (minimum) 9.0 metres Exterior Side Yard (minimum) 6.0 metres Rear Yard (minimum) 20.5 metres Easterly Building Front Yard (minimum) 32.0 metres Interior Side Yard (minimum) 9.0 metres Exterior Side Yard (minimum) 6.0 metres Rear Yard (minimum) 3.0 metres 18.5.3 Building Specifications Floor Area (minimum) In accordance with Section 18.2.3 Height (maximum) (minimum) 11.0 metres 3 storeys - 2 - 18.5.4 Parking Required number of spaces 32 Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 6.27.7, a total of 14 parking spaces shall be permitted in the front yard of the 1 ot. 3) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Pl~nning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-1 aw wi 11 take effect from the day of passing thereof.
