OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as fallows:
1) The zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline on
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby
amended from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential (R2-20) Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential (R2-28) Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential (R2-29) Exception Zone'' and "Environmental Protection
(E.P.} "Zone".
2) That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
11.30 "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-28) Exception
Zone".
11.30.1 USES PERMITTED
In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to rezone the subject lands from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second
Density Residential (R2-20) Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-28) Exception Zone", and "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential (R2-29) Exception Zone" to permit development of the lands as a Plan of Subdivision comprised of 51 residential lots.
The zone requirements of the standard R2 zone, and the R2-20, R2-28 and R2-29 zones are as indicated below:
