BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (750179 Ont Ltd) - 19880727 - 300988BY-LAW NUMBER 3009-88 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as fallows: 1) The zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-20) Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-28) Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-29) Exception Zone'' and "Environmental Protection (E.P.} "Zone". 2) That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.30 "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-28) Exception Zone". 11.30.1 USES PERMITTED In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof. 11.30. 2 ZONE REQUIREMENTS 11.30.2.1 Lot Specifications tot Area (minimum) Lot Frontage (minimum) 11.30.2.2 Siting Specifications Front Yard (minimum) Rear Yard (minimum) Interior Side Yard (minimum) one or two storeys: -on one side -on the other side Exterior Side Yard (minimum) 11.30.2.3 Building Specifications Floor Area (minimum) -one (1) storey -two (2) storeys 450 square metres 15 metres 6 metres 7.5 metres 0.6 metres 1.2 metres 4.5 metres 120 square metres 130 square metres - 2 - Lot Coverage (maximum) -one (1) storey 40 percent -two ( 2) storeys 35 percent Height (main building)(maximum) 10 metres 3) That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.31 "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-29) Exception Zone". 11.31.1 USES PERMITTED 11.31.2 In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof.
