OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1) The zoning category applying to the 1 ands shown in dark outline on
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby
amended from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second Density
Residential (R2) Zone'' and ''Major Open Space (0) Zone".
2) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 as amended to rezone the subject lands from "Holding
(H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2) Zone" and
"Major Open Space (0) Zone" to permit development of a Plan of Subdivision
containing 143 residential lots, one block to be developed in conjunction
with the 1 ands to the north as a parkette and four blocks to be deve 1 oped
in conjunction with the lands to the west as four residential lots. The
requirements of the "R2" Zone are as follows:
