OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1) That Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
11.27 Detached Owe 11 i ng Second Density Res i dentia 1 ( R2-25) Exception
Zone.
11.27.1 USES PERMITTED
In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof.

Notwithstanding the above, the exterior side yard setback
from the daylighting triangle portion shall be 0.3 metres.

That Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by changing the zoning category
applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law from "Holding (H) Zone" to
"Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-25) Exception Zone".
3) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Explanatory Note
Re: Zoning By-law
By-law has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to
rezone the subject lands from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling
Second Density Residential (R2-25) Exception Zone" to permit development of
a plan of subdivision comprised of 51 residential lots.
The standard provisions of the R2 zone and the exceptions provided by the
R2-25 zone are indicated below:

of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora, passed by the Council of the
Corporation on the 27th day of JULY , 19~ was given in
the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by Ontario Regulation
404/83, made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under subsection 17 of
section 34 of The Planning Act (1983). I also certify that the 35 day
objection period expired on August 31,1988 and to this date no notice
of objection to the by-law has been filed by any person in the office of the
Clerk.
