BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Correct Building) - 19880711 - 300088BY -LAW NUMBER 3000-88 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Counci 1 of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) The zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from "Rural General (RU) Zone" to "General Industrial (M2) Zone". 2) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. The subject lands are part of a larger holding with frontage on Englehard Drive and are part of an industrial park developed and sold by the Town of Aurora. Du_e to various communication difficulties the lands although sold as industrial were not appropriately zoned. The subject by-law would correct this oversight so that development of the lands can proceed as planned. The M2 Zone has the following provisions: Lot Area (minimum) - Buildings up to 10 metres in height 1,400 square metres -Buildings over 10 metres up to 15 metres in height 4,000 square metres Lot Frontage (minimum) 30 metres Front Yard (minimum) Rear Yard (minimum) Side Yard (minimum) -Buildings up to 10 metres in height -Buildings over 10 metres up to 15 metres in height Exterior Side Yard (minimum) 9 metres 9 metres 3 metres 6 metres 9 metres Lot Coverage (maximum) 60 percent Height (maximum) Lots 76, 77 & 78, Cone. 1 E.
