OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1) The zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline on
Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby
amended from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling First Density
Residential (R1) Zone".
2) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 5th DAY OF October , 198B.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 5th DAY OF October ,

By-1 aw 3o 35'-t Y has the fall owing purpose and effect:
To amend By-1 aw 2213-78 as amended to rezone the subject 1 ands from "Hal ding
(H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (R1) Zone" to
facilitate a severance of the lands to create an additional residential
building lot with frontage on Wellington Heights Court. The requirements of
the R1 zone are as follows:
