BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (357216 Ont Ltd) - 19880727 - 301188BY-LAW NUMBER 3011-88 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) Section 10 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 10.13 "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (R1-ll) Exception Zone". "Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 10.2.2 respecting interior side yard, the minimum interior side yard for the existing accessory building on the lands shown zoned R1-11 on Schedule 'A' shall be 3 metres. All other provisions of Section 10 shall apply." 2) Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by changing the zoning category on the lands shown in dark outline on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this by-law from "Holding (H) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (R1) ~one", ''Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (R1-11) Exception Zone" and "Environmenta~ Protection (E.P.) Zone''. 3) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. '?>t>\\-3'3 Explanatory Note Re: Zoning By-law By-law has the following purpose and effect: To amend By-law 2213-78 as amended, the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora, to facilitate the severance of the lands shown below to recreate two residential lots which had been inadvertently merged on title. While the western parcel meets all zone requirements of the "Detached Dwelling First Density Residential (Rl) Zone", the eastern parcel requires a reduction of the standard "Rl" interior side yard requirement from 4.5 metres (14.8 feet) to 3.0 metres (9.8 feet) to accommodate an existing accessory structure.
