BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19880420 - 293487' BY-LAW NUMBER 2934-87 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.28 "Detached Dwelling Second Density (R2-26) Exception Zone". 11.28.1 USES PERMITTED In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof. 11.28. 2 ZONE REQUIREMENTS 11.28.2.1 LOT SPECIFICATIONS In accordance with Section 11.2.1 hereof. 11.28.2.2 Siting Specifications Front Yard (minimum) Rear Yard (minimum) Interior Side Yard (minimum) one or two storeys: -one side (minimum) -the other side (minimum) Exterior Side Yard (minimum) 4.5 metres 42 metres 1.2 metres .6 metres 4.5 metres Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.138 respecting definition of rear yard, for the purposes of this category, the minimum rear yard will be calculated from the centre line of the C.N.R. right-of-way. 11.28.2.3 Building Specifications In accordance with Section 11.2.3 hereof. 2. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-1 aw is hereby amended from "Rural General (RU) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-20) Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential (R2-26) Exception Zone" and "Major Open Space (0) Zone" as shown on Schedule 'A'. - 2 - 3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
