BY-LAW NUMBER 2934-87
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.28
"Detached Dwelling Second Density (R2-26) Exception Zone".
11.28.1 USES PERMITTED
In accordance with Section 11.1 hereof.
11.28. 2 ZONE REQUIREMENTS
11.28.2.1 LOT SPECIFICATIONS
In accordance with Section 11.2.1 hereof.
11.28.2.2 Siting Specifications

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.138 respecting definition
of rear yard, for the purposes of this category, the minimum rear yard
will be calculated from the centre line of the C.N.R. right-of-way.
11.28.2.3 Building Specifications
In accordance with Section 11.2.3 hereof.
2. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in dark outline
on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-1 aw is
hereby amended from "Rural General (RU) Zone" to "Detached Dwelling
Second Density Residential (R2-20) Exception Zone", "Detached Dwelling
Second Density Residential (R2-26) Exception Zone" and "Major Open
Space (0) Zone" as shown on Schedule 'A'.

3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

By-law 2934-87 has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to
amend the zoning category applying to the subject lands from "Rural General
Zone" to "Detached Dwelling Second Density (R2-26) Exception Zone",
"Detached Dwelling Second Density (R2-20) Exception Zone" and "Major Open
Space (0) Zone" to permit the area to be developed for 139 residential lots
and one block which together with adjoining lands will form one additional
lot, having the following minimum standards:
