BY-LAW NUMBER 2958-87
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. Section 25.5 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
25.5.3.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the pro visions of Section 25.5 .1 respecting Permitted
Use, the existing building on Part Block A Registered Plan 289, more
specifically described as Part 2 Plan 65R-2626, may be used for church
offices and meeting rooms in addition to the existing permitted uses,
for a period of no longer than three years from the date of passing of
this By-law, provided that the floor area occupied by church uses does
not exceed 200 square metres.
2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Re: Zoning By-law
By-1 aw has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78, to extend the uses permitted on the subject lands
located on Part Block A, Plan 289, municipally known as 41 Industrial
Parkway South, and zoned "Restricted Industrial (M1-A) Exception Zone" to
include church offices and meeting rooms. The additional use permitted by
the amendment is limited in area to a maximum of 200 square metres (2,153
square feet) of the existing building and in duration to a maximum of three
years from the date of passage of the By-law.
