OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY -LAW to approve the sa 1 e of
certain lands to Correct Building
Corporation (In Trust) for the
establishment and carrying on of an
industrial operation.
WHEREAS this Corporation is now seized and possessed of the lands
mentioned in Schedule "A" appended hereto;
AND WHEREAS by virtue of paragraph 210(50) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1
Act, R . .S.O. 1980, Chapter 302, this Corporation is empowered to sell lands
for municipal purposes and specifically to sell lands for the purposes of
sites for the estab 1 i shment and carrying on of industries or industria 1
operations and uses incidental thereto;
AND WHEREAS the lands mentioned in Schedule "A" are to be sold by this
Corporation for the development of an industrial site;
AND WHEREAS Correct Building Corporation (In Trust) has agreed to purchase
the lands mentioned in Schedule "A" for the development of an industrial
site;
AND WHEREAS this Corporation entered into an Agreement of Purchase and
Sale made the 5th day of July, 1987 to Correct Building Corporation (In
Trust) respecting the sale of the lands mentioned in Schedule "A".
NOW THEREFORE The Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora hereby
enacts as By-1 aw No. 2945-87 of The Corporation of The Town of Aurora the
following:
1. The lands in Schedule "A" are no longer required for municipal
purposes.
2. That the lands mentioned in Schedule "A" be sold and conveyed to
Correct Building Corporation (In Trust).
3. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and execute under
the seal of The Corporation of The Town of Aurora the Agreement of
Purchase and Sale made the 5th day of July, 1987 between this
Corporation and Correct Building Corporation (In Trust) respecting
the lands in Schedule ''A''.
4. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign and execute under
the seal of The Corporation of The Town of Aurora all documents
necessary to effect the sale of the lands mentioned in Schedule
"A" by this Corporation to Correct Building Corporation (In Trust).

Part Lot 55 Registrar's Compiled Plan No. 10328, Town of Aurora, The Regional
Municipality of York, being Parts 1 and 2, Plan 65R-3134 on a Plan deposited
in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of York Region (No.65)
subject to an easement over Part 7, Plan 65R-2641 in favor of the Aurora
Hydro-Electric Commission as set out in Instrument No. 239295.
