BEING A BY-LAW to repeal By-law No.
2823-86, a By-law to establish an Ad Hoc
Committee of Council
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient to
repeal By-law 2823-86,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-1 aw No. 2823-86 enacted the 3rd day of February, 1986, which
establishes the Commercial Development Advisory Committee be and is
hereby repealed;
2. THAT, upon final passage, the prov1s1ons of this By-law shall be
deemed to be in force and effect as of the 1st day of January, 1987.
