OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO REPEAL BY-LAW NO. 2342-80
A BY-LAW TO REQUIRE OWNERS OR OCCUPANTS TO
CLEAR AWAY AND REMOVE SNOW,AND ICE FROM
SIDEWALKS IN FRONT OF, ALONG SIDES, OR AT
THE REAR OF PROPERTY.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient to
repeal the By-law requiring the owners or occupants of lands in the Town
of Aurora to clear ice-,·and<snow> from sidewalks;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOws·:.·
1. That By-law No. 2342-80 enacted the 4th day of February 1980 be
and hereby is repealed.
2. That the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be
effective upon final passage thereof.
