BY-LAW NO. 2932-87
OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING a By-law to renumber
certain properties on the Plan
65M-2376 in the Town of Aurora.
WHEREAS the provisions of Town of Aurora By-law No. 2921-87
duly enacted and passed the 29th day of July, 1987, renamed
certain portions of Attridge Drive on Plan 65M-2376 so that same
is now known as Hollingshead Drive;
AND WHEREAS as a result of the renaming, a new municipal
numbering system is required on this portion of the said street;
AND WHEREAS Section 210(106) of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980,
as amended, permits Council to pass By-laws numbering the
buildings and lots along any highway, or any other property
within the Municipality;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT effective January 1st,1988 the following properties
listed in Cblumn"A" and now known as shown in Column "B"
shall become properly known by the Municipal number as
indicated in Column "C" as further shown and detailed on
the attached Schedule "A-'1" and "A-2 11 to this By-law.
2. THAT copies of this By-law shall be sent to the Owners
and Tenants of all properties affected by this renumbering
action and all municipal and public authorities and to the
Post Office.
3. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall come into force
and be effective upon the final passage thereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 29th DAY OF July, 1987.
