BY-LAW NO. 2875-86
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY -lAW to exempt certain
lots on Plan 65M-2376 from the
Part lDt Control provisions of the
Planning Act .
WHEREAS subsection 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983 c. 1 provides
that the Council of a .local municipality may by by-law provide that the
part lot control provisions as provided in subsection 49 ( 5) of the said Act
do not apply to land that is within a registered plan of subdivision;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora considers
it desirable to enact a by-law p!JI'Suant to the said Act exempting the lands
hereinafter described from the said part lot control provisions.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as
follows:
1. Subsection 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983 S.O. 1983 c. 1
shall not apply to the following lands:

65M-2376, Aurora 104 to 108, inclusive
2, This By-law shall :take effect upon third and final reading
upon the approval of the Regional Municipality of York and
upon the registration of the By-law in the proper land
registry office.

REV LIS SECURITIES LIMITED, the registered owner of the above lands, hereby applies
under Section 78 of the Land Titles Act to have the Parcel Register for the said lands
amended to indicate that the said lands have been exempted from the part lot control
provisions of Subsection 49(5) of The Planning Act, 1983, s.o. 1983 c. 1.
The evidence in support of this Application consists of a certified copy of By-law
No. 2875-86 of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Aurora as approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of York 1987-09-10.
