OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to dedicate certain
reserves now held as Murray Drive, Seaton
Drive, Kemano Road, McDonald Drive and
Aurora Heights Drive as public highways
in the Town of Aurora
WHEREAS the provisions of Section 278 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980
Chapter 302, as amended, permit Council to pass by-laws for laying out and
establishing highways;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to dedicate certain reserves now held
as public highways in the Town of Aurora.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Aurora ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Block 61 according to Plan 65M-2124 be and is hereby
dedicated as a public highway.
2. That Block 31 according to Plan 65M-2395 be and is hereby
dedicated as a public highway.
3. That Block 49 according to Plan 65M-2229 be and is hereby
dedicated as a public highway.
4. That the part of Lot 29 Plan 246 shown as Parts 6 & 9 according to
Reference Plan 65R-424 be and are hereby dedicated as public
highways.
5. That the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be
effective upon final passage thereof.

We enclose a photocopy of a Document General-Application
to Register a By-law, registered as Instrument No. LT448147
with By-law 2952-87 of the Town of Aurora attached thereto,
dedicating certain reserves as public highways. Please
note that we did not register the By-law against the lands
described in paragraph 4 of the By-law, being part of Lot
29, Plan 246, because such lands were in the Registry System
and our registration pertained only to Land Titles Act lands.
