OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to dedicate
certain lands as a Public Highway
WHEREAS Section 298 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1980 Chapter 302, as
amended, provides that Council may pass By-laws for establishing and laying
out highways;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Aurora deems it exp!'dient to
dedicate certain lands now held as a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE the "Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS: ,
1. THAT the part of Block 36 according to Plan M-2012 designed as
Part 1 according to reference Plan 65R-10599 be and is hereby
dedicated as a public highway forming part of Vandorf Road in the
Town of Aurora. "
2. THAT the provisions of the By-law shall come into force and effect
upon final passage thereof and when registration of the By-law has
been effected in the proper land registry office.
