BY-LAW NUMBER 2916-87
OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW to dedicate certain
lands on Cranberry Lane and Timberlane
Trail as Public Highways.
WHEREAS the prov1s1ons of Section 298 of the Municipal Act, 1980, As
Amended, provide that Council may, by By-law, establish and lay out lands as
public highways;
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora deems it expedient
to dedicate certain lands now held as public road allowances;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Block 72, Plan 65M-2336 be and is hereby dedicated as a public
highway in the Town of Aurora;
2. THAT Block 82, Plan 2358 be and is hereby dedicated as a public
highway in the Town of Aurora; and
3. THAT the provisions of this By-law shall become effective upon final
passage thereof and when the registration of the By-law has been
effected.
