WHEREAS Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, 1980 authorizes the
Council of a municipality to enact by-laws to designate real property,
including a 11 bui 1 dings and structures thereon, to be of arc hi tectura 1 or
historic value or interest;
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Aurora has
enacted By-law 2892-87 designating the "Keeper's House", Aurora Cemetery as
being of architectural and historical value or interest;
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora
now deems it expedient to amend Schedule "A" appended to the said By-law
2892-87;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Aurora enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to By-1 aw No. 2892-87 enacted on the 4th day
of March 1987 is hereby de 1 eted and same is rep 1 aced by Schedu 1 e
"A'' appended hereto.
2. That the provisions of this By-law shall come into force and be
effective upon final passage thereof.

All and singular that certain parcel of land and premises situate lying and
being in the Town of Aurora, in the Regional Municipality of York (formerly
in the County of York), and being composed of Part of Lot 74, Concession 1,
Whitchurch Township as registered in the Registry Office for the Registry
Division of York Region.
