BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 (Priestly) - 19870218 - 289497. BY-LAW NUMBER ,_,Z Fl+-2'7 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A ZONING BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Section 24 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 24.2.7 .1.2: "Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 24.2. 7., the setback from the streetline for a loading space on the lands designated 'M2-3' on Schedule 'A' shall be 26.94 metres." 2. That the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from 'M2 -General Industrial' to 'M2-3 General Industrial Exception'. 3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.
