OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Section 14.3.8 is amended by deleting the contents of that
section and replacing them with the following:
14.3.8 The existing building on the lands shown zoned R5-9 may
be used for business and professional offices excluding
medical offices provided that no less than 5 parking
spaces are provided to the rear of the building and
screened in accordance with Section 6.27.5.
2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

By-law 2905-87 has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to
permit the following:
That the building located on the west side of Yonge Street 20 metres south of
Kennedy Street (shown on the map below) now vacant (but permitted to be used
as an art gallery) may now be used for business and professional offices
excluding medical offices. A minimum of five parking spaces will be
maintained to the rear of the building and such will be screened in accordance
with Section 6.27.5 of By-law 2213-78.
