BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19870604 - 291387BY -LAW NUMBER . 2913-87 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A ZONING BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. The zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby amended from "R5 -Special Mixed Density Residential Zone" to "R5-13 - Special Mixed Density Residential Exception Zone". 2. Section 14.3 is hereby amended by adding Section 14.3.12 "R5-13 - Special Mixed Density Residential Exception Zone". The existing building on the lands shown zoned R5-13 may be used for "Professional Offices" only excluding medical offices and retail commercial provided the following: i) the minimum number of parking spaces shall be 6 ii) the required manoeuvring space behind the parking stalls be 5.1 metres. iii) notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.31.1 a 1.8 m high close board fence shall be constructed along the south and east property 1 i ne. 3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof. Six parking spaces will be provided to the rear of the building and a 1.8 m (6 feet) close board fence shall be erected on the south and east property line.
