OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. The zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on
Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law is hereby
amended from "R5 -Special Mixed Density Residential Zone" to "R5-13 -
Special Mixed Density Residential Exception Zone".
2. Section 14.3 is hereby amended by adding Section 14.3.12 "R5-13 -
Special Mixed Density Residential Exception Zone".
The existing building on the lands shown zoned R5-13 may be used for
"Professional Offices" only excluding medical offices and retail
commercial provided the following:
i) the minimum number of parking spaces shall be 6
ii) the required manoeuvring space behind the parking stalls be 5.1
metres.
iii) notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.31.1 a 1.8 m high
close board fence shall be constructed along the south and east
property 1 i ne.
3. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

Re: zoning By-law
By-law has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to
permit the following:
That the building located at 91 Yonge Street North (shown on the map below)
now used as a residence may now be used for "Professional Offices" excluding
medical offices and retail commercial. Six parking spaces will be provided to
the rear of the building and a 1.8 m (6 feet) close board fence shall be
erected on the south and east property line. The required manoeuvring space
behind the parking stalls shall be 5.1 m (17 feet).
