BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19870302 - 291187( BY-LAW NUMBER 2911-87 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1) T;hat Schedule 'A' is hereby amended by changing the zoning category applying to the lands shown in hatching on Schedule 'A' attached hereto and forming part of this By-law from "R2-Detached Dwelling Second Density Res i denti a 1 Zone" to "R2-27 -Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Exception Zone". 2) Section 11 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 11.26 "R2-27 Zone". Detached Dwelling Second Density Residential Exception The existing building on the lands shown zoned "R2-27" on Schedule 'A' may be used for medical offices and business and professional offices provided the following: i) there be a minimum of 14 parking spaces which shall be screened in accordance with Section 6.27.5 ii) notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.31 the minimum planting strip width a 1 ong the south property 1 i ne shall be 2 metres. 3) No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof . . 0~ READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 6TH DAY OF MAY, 1987. }..#' 1 !I READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS D Y OFf,/(~' 1988. Fourteen parking spaces shall be provided on the site and the minimum width of planting strip along the south property line shall be 2 m (6 feet).
