OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A ZONING BY-LAW
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts
as follows:
1. That Section 21 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section
21.6 "Central Commercial (C2-4) Exception Zone".
21.6. 1 USES PERMITTED
-business and professional offices excluding medical offices.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.31 the minimum width of
planting strip along the southerly property line shall be 2 metres.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 19.2.1 the required number
of loading spaces shall be nil.
2. No part of this By-law will come into force until the provisions of
the Planning Act have been complied with, but subject to such
provisions the By-law will take effect from the day of passing thereof.

By-law has the following purpose and effect:
To amend By-law 2213-78 the Zoning By-law in effect in the Town of Aurora to permit
the fo 11 owing:
That the property located at 109 Yonge Street North currently used as a residence and
office has been rezoned from Special Mixed Density Residential (R5) Zone to Central
Commercial (C2-4} Exception Zone. The property may now be used for the construction
of a new two storey office building. The building may be used for business and
profession a 1 offices excluding medica 1 offices. The property may be deve 1 oped in
accordance with the following specifications:
