BYLAW - Amend 2213 78 - 19870203 - 293087.. BY -LAW NUMBER 011 (,,c:;~'67 OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA BEING A ZONING BY-LAW WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend By-law number 2213-78. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aurora enacts as follows: 1. That Section 21 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 21.6 "Central Commercial (C2-4) Exception Zone". 21.6. 1 USES PERMITTED -business and professional offices excluding medical offices. 21.7 ZONE REQUIREMENTS 21.7,1 Lot Specifications In accordance with Section 21.2. 21.7.2 Siting Specifications Front Yard Southerly Side Yard (minimum) Northerly Side Yard (minimum) Rear Yard 21.8 Building Specifications 21.8.1 Gross Floor Area Height of Building 3.4 metres 2 metres 8.5 metres 29 metres 830 square metres 8.8 metres 21.9 Parking Requirements (minimum) 32 spaces Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6.31 the minimum width of planting strip along the southerly property line shall be 2 metres. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 19.2.1 the required number of loading spaces shall be nil. 2.
