OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
Being a By-law to temporarily
close Yonge Street, within the
Town of Aurora, for a parade.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to temporarily close up and
stop traffic on a portion of Yonge Street (Highway No. ll)
in the Town of Aurora on Saturday, November 22nd, 1986, for
the Santa Claus Parade;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Town of Aurora
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Yonge Street (Highway No. 11) be temporarily
closed up to through traffic in the Town of Aurora,
on Saturday, November 22nd, 1986, from the Henderson
Drive/Allaura Boulevard intersection and the inter-
section of Aurora Heights Drive/Mark Street from
2:00P.M. to 4:00P.M.
2. THAT the York Region Police and the Town of Aurora
Public Works Department be empowered to do all acts
of assisting traffic duFing this time period to
allow the safe movement of the parade on Yonge Street
and alternate traffic routing.
