OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF AURORA
BEING A BY-LAW TO TEMPORARILY CLOSE UP AND STOP TRAFFIC ON A PORTION
OF YONGE STREET (HIGHWAY NO. 11) IN THE TOWN OF AURORA ON JULY 1ST,l986
FOR THE PURPOSE OF A PARADE.
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
AURORA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Yonge Street (Highway 11) be temporarily closed up to
through traffic in the Town of Aurora on July 1st, 1986 from
the North side of Murray Drive and the intersection of Aurora
Heights Drive from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
2. THAT the York Regional Police Department and the Town of Aurora
works Department be empowered to do all acts of assisting traffic
during this time period to allow the safe movements of the parade
on Yonge Street and alternative traffic routing.
